A leading financial organisation are hiring a VIP Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis in London.
Reporting to the VIP Support manager you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for senior employees across the business.
- Provide daily white glove service and technical support for senior executives
- Resolve complex support problems efficiently
- Work closely with local desktop support
- Update all tickets to the correct standard
- Recommend improvements in the VIP support service
- Proven experience working in a VIP Support capacity within a financial organisation
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Mobile device management – Apple
- Citrix – XenApp, Director, XenDesktop
- Active Directory
