Job Description
A leading financial organisation are hiring a VIP Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis in London.
Reporting to the VIP Support Manager you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for senior employees across the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily white glove service and technical support for senior executives
- Resolve complex support problems efficiently
- Recommend improvements to the VIP support service
- Work closely with local desktop support

- Proven experience working in a VIP support capacity (ideally within a financial institution)
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Mobile Device Management
- Citrix - XenApp, Director, XenDesktop
- Active Directory
- ITIL
