A leading global financial group who offer services across corporate and commercial banking, wealth management and investment banking are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst with direct payments experience to join them.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a leading Financial organisation. You will be responsible for providing Application Support to a number of applications within the organisation.
- Identify issues and manage them to resolution
- System maintenance support, including the application of patches
- Conduct administration tasks for systems and applications
- Supporting the problem management process, including conducting root cause analysis to help identify solutions
- System performance reviews
- Experience of Supporting Transaction Banking or Payment Processing Systems
- Experience in the administration of IIS, SharePoint, Oracle, SQL, IBM WebSphere MQ or IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Experience in supporting EBICS protocol
- Prior experience in supporting and maintaining shell scripts
- Experience in supporting multiple applications within the same environment
