We are currently looking for high potential individuals, either recent graduate or with a background in consulting/sales, to join our UK based consultant academy.
If successful you are brought into what is a highly competitive industry and immersed within our high-performance, fast track culture. You'll be educated to the highest possible level to meet the demands of our client and candidate community; who themselves are leaders in their given fields. From this point we immediately look to progress you onwards into management, help you build a team and become a leader within one of our businesses; something we have proved continually successful in doing.
Our academy is industry leading both in its structure, being ran by our board of directors who deliver all training, alongside the depth and comprehensiveness of content, running for the full first year. We train for a longer period than any competitor we know of, as we believe only by delivering the best possible training will we be able to breed the best pedigree of consultant.
You will gain exposure to each of our niche businesses and technical disciplines whilst building invaluable skills in relationship development, sales and headhunting.

Our London office is state of the art and open plan, in the heart of the City (right by Bank Station). We've taken time to make it somewhere people actually want to be. Whether it being the SONOS rigged around the walls to the pool table and golf course. People should want to be in their working environment and enjoy being there.
