A Leading Financial Markets Infrastructure client I’m currently partnered with are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to sit within their Technical client service team. The role with have responsibility for maintenance and support of specific application architecture operations, to both resolve and implement solutions to issues that arise.
- Deal with service issues and find resolutions to the issues as quickly as possible
- Troubleshoot the specific system using SQL and Windows server skills where necessary
- Look at resolving both performance and capacity issues, with the use of advanced SQL knowledge
- 2-3 years’ proven hands-on IT background, understanding of modern systems architecture and security
- High level knowledge base around SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, paired with experience working with large databases
- Windows server system knowledge on administration, clustering and other operations tasks
