Job Description
Twenty are recruiting on behalf of a leading Bank in London who are looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to join their Transaction Banking function. The successful individual will be responsible for onboarding and implementation of Cash Management and Trade Products across the EMEA region with full relationship management obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Client implementation managers to provide technical support during the onboarding and setup of various product channels
- Work closely with the Client Implementation team, sales, client service and product management teams
- Oversee the technical design and rollout of the solution
- Deal with technical queries on a day to day basis and escalate where necessary
- Develop a strong working knowledge of transaction banking channels
- Implement project management tools and techniques whilst working
- Manage user guides, training tools and webinars for each banking channel
Experience
- In depth knowledge and understanding of transaction banking products and services
- Cash management and trade finance product knowledge
- BACs, Chaps, Faster Payments, SEPA, Target2, SWIFT experience
- SME on mapping and testing payment file formats – XML, iDoc, MT101
- Pre-sales support with the ability to identify, propose and agree technical requirements
- Project experience – Prince 2 or PMI desirable
