- Work closely with wider tech teams to drive company growth
- Work closely with support and delivery teams
- Be responsible for providing fast and reliable support
- Work closely with senior business heads to define and implement ITSM approach
- Fulfil IT solutions across multiple offices
- Thorough investigation of network and infrastructure issues
- Act as point of escalation
- RESTful API experience
- Strong ITIL knowledge
- Experience in the defining and implementing of problem, change and management practices
- Experience within UNIX/LINUX environment
- AWS experience
- Matrix management experience
- Prior experience in managing internal and external SLAs
