Twenty is a privately owned recruitment business employing over 80 Consultants across London, New York and Austin (soon to be Berlin!). Having previously built and sold one of the UK's most successful recruitment businesses, the founders started Twenty to bring a fresh approach to the industry. Launched in 2009, the business has attracted top talent from a variety of firms including listed companies and SMEs, as well as through our own Consultant Academy.

Each year we choose a charity and hold a number of events including auctions, last year we raised several thousand pounds. Also after 1 year within the company you will be eligible to join the company's share-holder scheme.
In London we are based in a state of the art open plan office in the heart of the City (right by Bank Station). In New York we have just moved into a brand new 7000 square foot office in mid-town Manhattan, opposite the Chrysler Building. (2 minute walk from Grand Central Station). The brand new office in Texas is located in the centre of downtown Austin, a Class A property with a vibrant workplace lifestyle.
In London we are looking for both "rookie" Graduate entry point level candidates, as well as those who have spent some time working in a sales environment.
To be considered for our New York or Austin office, you will either need some pre-existing recruitment experience, or you will need to join us in London spending a minimum of one year working for us, in which you will have to demonstrate your capabilities as a recruiter and have a real desire to live and work in the US.
