My client is a software vendor company who have recently been acquired by a leading private equity firm to assist with the growth of their company.
As part of the acquisition they are looking to revamp and update the way they are operating as a business within the Development practice and teams. They have just completed a similar piece of work in their Product Management business.
This is an initial 3 month consultancy project, daily rate is very competitive and flexible.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Comparison of 3 development teams in different locations, approx 95 total HC. Technology: Java & .NET
- Consulting advice after analysis of development teams, reviewing and comparing each development team against eachother and also the industry standard.
- Offering expertise on the teams current structure, process, work environment and current automation practices so they can be adapted and improved where necessary
- Management of development practices and oversight of technology teams, encouraging best practices to increase effectiveness.
