The Company
A leading and prestigious financial services organisation is currently searching for a Problem Manager to join their expanding Service Management function to specifically study and manage their Problem management and produce solutions and lead investigations across the estate. A relatively new Service Management function; you will be assisting the Head of ITSM in building the frameworks and processes for the future of Problem Management within the teams.

Key Accountabilites

  • Lead problem management investigations following incidents
  • Investigate and search for preventative solutions to future incidents
  • Build Problem Management processes, expectations and frameworks for the future
  • Engage with Senior Stakeholders across the business

Key Skills

  • Previous experience working as a Senior Problem Manager
  • Experience having built problem management processes
  • ITIL Expert
  • Financial Services experience is preferable
