Job Description

A leading financial organisation are hiring for an experience Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis here in London. The Service Management team are responsible for comprehensive service management support focusing on incident and problem management. You will be responsible for ensuring ITIL and ITSM Governance best practice are maintained throughout the design, documentation and continuous improvement of service management processes.


  • Chair regular service reviews - including preparing the meeting pack, data gathering and analysis
  • Responsible for post incident reviews and overseeing root-cause investigations
  • Create and maintain service related documentation
  • Stakeholder management
  • Delivery and presentation of Service performance reports to key stakeholders
  • Incident and Problem management

Required Skills:

  • Extensive Service management experience
  • ITIL foundation certified or above
  • Good incident and problem management knowledge
  • Strong data skills - gathering, analysis
  • Prior experience in presentations and chairing meetings
  • Financial experience is beneficial
