Service Manager – Commodities Trading – London

A leading commodity trading firm is currently looking for a Service Manager to join their global technology function to act as their conduit for external 3rd parties.
As the organisation undergoes continued transformation of their technical capabilities, they require an experienced Service Manager with a background of working with Development teams, and within the commodity trading space to manage their 3rd party relationships and oversee the delivery of services as set up in contracts and ensuring the successful execution of SOWs as well as identifying and negotiating potential outsourcing solutions for expanded coverage.
- Experience working as a Service Manager within the commodity trading sector is preferable
- ITIL Certified
- Have come from, or have worked closely with Development teams to ensure successful external of services
- Strong demonstrable experience of managing offshore 3rd parties
