1st line Service Desk Support- Financial Services - London
A leading Investment Management company are looking for an experienced 1st line Technical Support Analyst to join them in their London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a support analyst to expand their skillset and excel their career. You will be providing 1st line technical support for computing infrastructure and mobile devices.
- Answer and correctly log any service desk incidents or requests
- Provide support to Polycom video conference infrastructure
- Support in house applications and remote users
- Administration of exchange accounts and mobile devices
- Develop and maintenance of documentation
- Escalation of issues to 2nd and 3rd level support
- Experience in the use of Active Directory
- Experience of building, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows
- Experience of supporting Office 2013 applications
- Experience of using Service Desk Management software
