Job Description

A growing technology group which provides software into the educational, social care and health sectors are hiring for a Service Desk Engineer to join an expanding team here in London.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a logical troubleshooting mind set
  • Manage customer incidents effectively
  • Communicate with clients and customers effectively
  • Work closely with wider team

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Effective at problem solving
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle DB
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems
  • Strong team ethic
