- Analyse, diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a logical troubleshooting mind set
- Manage customer incidents effectively
- Communicate with clients and customers effectively
- Work closely with wider team
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Effective at problem solving
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle DB
- Knowledge of Operating Systems
- Strong team ethic
