Senior Manager - Paid Media

Up to £80,000 plus generous package
One of my Insurance clients is looking for a new Senior Manager - Paid Media to join their Group Digital Global Marketing team.
In this role, you will be the global authority in paid media. You'll be accountable for the tools and processes supporting the client's paid digital channels (paid search, paid social and display) partnering with the UK digital marketing team, customer & web analytics teams and Risk, Legal and Compliance.
The role will have hands on elements, but will be primarily consultative. You'll be defining the digital media architecture and refining the processes for planning and buying media.
To be successful in this role you will need to have significant paid media experience and have good ideas of how to take digital to the next level. You will have to be a very strong self-starter and passionate about driving activity.
You will need:
- 8+ years' experience planning and buying digital paid media at scale with significant budgets - either agency or in house
- Expert understanding of Adobe Audience Manager (or equivalent DMP) and DoubleClick Bid Manager or Adobe Media Optimiser (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of digital analytics
- Experience managing agency and supplier relationships
