Job Description
A world class financial services institution are looking for a Finance Business Partner with full PnL exposure (cost and revenue). This person will be joining a growing area of the business with M&A activity on the horizon. They need someone who has strong stakeholder management skills given the amount of exposure provided in the role.
Role/ Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Performance insight
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Headcount & KPI reporting
- Business Partnering stakeholders globally
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Ownership of all reporting matters across the division
- Variance analysis on revenues / pipelines etc. building plans
- Reporting on cost base
- Build out of analytics on dashboards via data warehouses
- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions;
- Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance and
- Adoption of best practice/ process improvement
Qualifications / Required experience:
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
- Financial Services / Capital Markets working experience (prerequisite)
- Previously worked in matrix style organisations / global roles
- Strong IT skills (Excel and Power Pivots), nice to have, SQL and Power BI
- Financial Modelling capabilities
- Strong Data Utilization / Analytics skills
