Scrum Master - Data Science / NLP/AI Product Technology - London

* Efficient execution and team management of multiple sprint teams delivering innovative market leading solutions on a weekly basis.
* Managing agile development teams

* Use data to drive measurable performance improvements.
* Successful product delivery within strict timeframes

Required Skills:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or strong evidence of equivalent experience
* Strong relevant experience in delivery execution roles/Scrum Master roles
* Good experience managing distributed Scaled Agile teams using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP
* Hands-on technical or product management experience with development teams using
* JavaScript and Relational Databases as their main technology background
* Proficient at managing the team to fixed timelines, tracking burndown and expedite
* Program/Product increment planning
* Proficient at managing the team to fixed timelines, tracking burndown and reporting on
* Is comfortable in interrogating a database or excel to validate assertions
* Used data driven approach for tracking and reporting key program metrics e.g., burn
down, burn up charts, cumulative flow diagram
* Proficient in Jira and Excel

Desired Skills:
* Experience working on a SaaS marketplace platform desirable
* Familiar with BDD and TDD practices (can talk to both)
