Salesforce Administrator - Financial Services - London

The Role

One of the UK's leading fund management firms is looking for a Salesforce Admin to join them on a permanent basis in London. You will be tasked with supporting all Sales and Marketing of the business ensuring all CRM data is relevant and precise. You will also need to ensure CRM is being used effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with wider business Sales, Sales Support, Marketing Executives, Managers and head of Departments
  • Responsible for sales force data management of data within CRM - ensuring it is accurate
  • Managing sales coverage
  • In charge of ensuring all duplicated date is reduced
  • Create dashboards ad run Sales, Activity, KPI, User Adoption and Marketing reports
  • Responsible for CRM training

Key Skills

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity of Asset Management
  • Proven experience working with data as either an analyst or manager
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Data management, administration and analysis
