Job Description

Twenty have partnered with an Investment Bank who are looking for a Technical Regulatory BA to join their Regulatory Change function. The Regulatory Change team is a new team within Operations Technology and the team will be working on any new changes identified by the Regulatory Control BAU team or by the regulators. The main focus of the role is to deliver transaction reporting capability across the function and engage with key stakeholders to ensure the reporting is accurate across all regimes.


  • Work across MIFID 2, EMIR, CFTC regimes
  • Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are accurate and complete which includes checking and validating change from a regulatory perspective and helping with UAT testing
  • Work as a regulatory reporting SME providing analysis and determining requirements
  • Work with change, compliance, operations, and other areas in technology to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately across all regimes
  • Implement best practices in the function – validating current regulatory reporting requirements and ensure future reporting requirements and changes adhere to these best practices
  • Define and template appropriate tests strategies & test cases required to detect issues with changes developed by the team
  • Build and roll out MI to key stakeholders
  • Understand the current governance and controls from a regulatory reporting point of view


  • Strong working understanding of reporting requirements under MIFID 2, EMIR, CFTC. IBOR knowledge desirable
  • Strong product knowledge across bonds, equities, ETD’s, OTC derivatives
  • Previous experience in a regulatory change or regulatory reporting function
  • Bloomberg/Fidessa/Murex experience
  • Technical background desirable – XML
  • Strong knowledge of operations and trade lifecycle flows
  • Knowledge of APA/ARM software for reporting
