A leading institutional asset manager have two vacancies in their Property Fund Accounting team.
Both roles require someone who has a good understanding of:
- Fund accounting - to include NAV calculations, investor reporting, financial accounts, statutory accounts and management accounts for the funds
- General accounting - this person must be able to demonstrate hands on knowledge of the fundamental accounting principles and should be working towards, if not already successfully completed, an accounting qualification
- Property or real estate funds - this person will need to be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the property/real estate investment market
The distinction between the two roles is managerial responsibility. If you are have experience in supervising or managing a team, please make this clear in your application.
The successful candidate for this role will be working for a top asset manager who offer excellent internal progression, exposure to their internal clients and will remain at the forefront of the property fund market.
