Job Description

A World Leading Investment Manager I’m currently partnered with are looking for a Process Optimisation Manager to join their newly formed Process Simplification and Optimisation team. The role will look to progress both simplification and optimisation while looking to embed innovation, in order to maximise benefits for the business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ably support the Process Optimisation Lead to map the current state processes of the business, identify areas to improve and document future state processes
  • Support the broader Scrum team in the implementation of improvements to processes
  • Plan business unit wide Lean improvement deployments
  • Document user stories, understand future state process and work with process SME’s to understand both requirements and acceptance criteria

Role Requirements

  • An understanding of process optimisation methodologies e.g. Lean Six Sigma
  • Awareness of development lifecycle processes e.g. Agile, Waterfall
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with peers and key stakeholders
