A leading financial organisation are hiring for an experienced Problem Manager to join their Service Management department in London. 

Job Description

This role reports into the ITSM Operations Manager and will focus on ensuring effective problem management of problems raised as a result of Major Incidents


  • Responsible for the analysis of problems
  • Effective management of problems resulting from major incidents
  • Effective contribution to the design and development of the problem  management process - including advice on tooling requirements
  • Support problem governance across the organisation 
  • Support wider change and incident management processes 
  • Ensure adoption and adherence to problem management processes
Key Skills
  • ITIL certified
  • Proven track record of managing problems
  • Experience working within large scale global IT organisations 
  • Understanding or knowledge of Technology (UNIX/Linux, Windows, Networking, App Support)
  • Financial experience preferable
