Role Description
The PMO Co-ordinator will take responsibility for working with the transformation team to ensure consistency and delivery of PMO Processes, tools and documentation. This person will play a key role in identifying areas for continual process improvement within the portfolio of work.
Responsibilities
- To mentor and develop the wider project teams on quality and processes
- Providing support to the PMO Manager
- To facilitate reporting and governance packs
- Support the quality of data within the PMO
Experience and skills
- Previous experience as a PMO co-ordinator
- Experience in the insurance industry or a software house would be preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Very strong organisational and communication skills
