A leading 3rd Level Education organisation based in Central London is looking for a Performance Manager to join the Enrolment Management team and lead the business performance analysis work.
As part of the role you will be monitoring and evaluating business performance. Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Using data-driven reports to measure how the company is performing against its KPIs
- Acting as an SME for data and reporting systems
- Managing performance data
- Providing recommendations on how the organisation and team can achieve their growth targets
- Supporting the implementation of a CRM and act as its custodian in the UK
- Ability to manage business performance information
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in manipulating/analysing large quantities of data from various systems.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Background working within the Education industry will be a plus but is not required.
