An exciting FinTech company are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their rapidly growing digital platform service to grow with them on their journey disrupting the financial services sector. This role will play a key role in the shaping of the customers' experience of this company, specifically across the Operations team.
What this role will involve
- Customer Experience, Fraud, Compliance - Reporting and Analysis
- Analytics and performance
- Payments, Operational and Financial Analysis and Modelling
- Passion for financial services, payments and operational processes and creating great user experiences
- Data analytics: comfortable and have experience with using tools such as, Tableau
- Experience in analytical and statistical techniques, cluster analysis, profiling and regression analysis
- Ability to pull data and insights to inform and persuade
- Proactive and inquisitive by nature
