Job Description

Twenty Financial Services are currently working with a boutique Investment Firm who is looking for a Junior Data Operations Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing firm who are looking to double in size over the next couple of years.

In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the performance, integrity and security of the customer relationship management system and assist in reconciling sensitive financial data such as credits and deposits to the company's bank accounts. As it's a small team you will also get exposure across Operations and in particular Payments.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, at an intermediate or advanced level
  • Previous professional experience in accurate data entry
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • An ability to manage and prioritise demanding workloads
  • Patient, meticulous and logical in producing work
  • Able to support colleagues and thrive in a highly motivated team


  • Inputting data in a timely and accurate manner to CRM system
  • Identifying missing or incorrect data, and taking responsibility to ensure that it is either amended or raised to line manager
  • Data cleansing and reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Becoming a day to day point of contact for the Company's IT and phone providers, and arranging the delivery and setup of hardware as required
  • Creating reports on CRM system, and developing an ability to manipulate and analyse to identify issues and suggest improvements
  • Assisting other employees to find and input the information they need
  • Ensuring professional management and completion of tasks in a timely fashion
  • Answering the main incoming phone line
  • Support the Client Services team in administrative duties
  • Payments and other ad hock tasks within the Operations team
