Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for the client on all day to day banking enquiries and issues, taking accountability and ownership.
  • investigating and resolving enquiries and complaints promptly, and managing the clients expectations
  • Provide advice and guidance regarding all products and channels across the EMEA region
  • Look at day to day queries across the bank for onboarded clients
  • escalate any issues which cannot be resolved
  • Act as a service partner, working with RM's, sales and Operations
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects and initiatives

Experience:

  • Proven experience within a client services function
  • Knowledge of transaction banking products covering cash management and payments
  • Strong payments experience - BACS, Chaps, SEPA, Swift
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • German or French language skills desirable
