The Role
A central-London based University is currently looking for an IT Support Manager who can assist and develop customer support functions internally within a Higher Education function. You will oversee the Service Desk, Desktop Support, Unified Comms & AV teams within the organisation as they look to modernise their IT systems and teams
Key Skills:
- Background in Higher Education is essential
- Experience working across Service Desk & Desktop Support
- Experience working with external vendors and managing procurement processes
- Strong telephony experience & AV skills
- Experience supporting education-centric applications such as Blackboard
