Job Description

A leading Investment Management client of mine are Seeking an Implementation Governance Manager focussed on pensions. The role is to improve governance in the change management function that support the Pensions arm of the business, with changes driven by a client or a market event. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Support the Implementation team with inflight and new projects for MT clients with key focus on documentation and audit requirements

·       Establish and maintain project file including the implementation project plan

·       Ensure defined processes are adhered to

·       Provide constant updates to senior leaders on potential issues on projects

·       Effective management of of clients through communication

·       Develop, monitor and update implementation project plan 

·       Work with internal and external teams to agree deliverables on the designed project plan

·       Actively participate in the process improvement initiates – new procedures and the documentation

Key Skills

·       Knowledge of savings and investment products – ISAs, Pensions and SIPPs

·       Knowledge of Investment and retirement market

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·       Client management, consulting or sales skills would be advantageous
