HRIS Implementation Project Manager – Private Equity – Remote

A private-equity backed SAAS company, currently being carved-out is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HR system before EOY. You will be essential in working with the HR team internally within the organisation through the selection phase and then deliver the E2E implementation of a new system through to rollout and adoption in a tight timeframe.
Your expertise will see you support the selection & implementation of the HRIS & payroll systems as well as working on the requirements gathering for new LMS & Timesheets system implementation prior to continuing to work on a further integration.
- Early career and background working with HR functions
- Previous experience working in similar business conditions (PE-backed business carve-outs).
- Have led system implementations with multi-geography sites
- Experience implementing different HRIS systems, ideally HRIS systems geared towards mid-cap environments
