Job Description
A leading Investment Management organisation are looking for a Desktop Engineer to join them on a permanent basis in London.
You will be required to provide support to onsite and remote users across multiple applications.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage raised requests and incidents in effective manner
- Automation of common tasks
- Participate in on call weekend support
- Provide support to global users
- Work closely with wider technology teams to troubleshoot complex incidents
Experience
- Strong knowledge within Microsoft environment - Windows 10, Office 365 and Azure
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Track record in the installation and management of desktop hardware
- Onedrive and SharePoint experience
- Proactive in resolution of outstanding tickets
- Scripting knowledge a bonus (powershell or python)
