You will join a significant player in the financial services market place, where you will build expert knowledge of the macroeconomic factors, policy developments and sector conditions that contribute to regulatory best practice.

You will lead a team of economists, strategy consultants and policy experts.
You and your team will be responsible for analysing data, information and intelligence (mostly in qualitative form) that offers insight into the risks, trends and events that are impacting the whole financial services sector.
Your coverage will span wholesale and retail markets with a client base including global banking groups, investment managers and insurance firms.
Using your analysis on these macroeconomic issues, you will position yourself as a subject matter expert to both internal and external stakeholders, advising them on considerations they should be considering to best inform the development of robust policy.
- Ability to manage a team
- Conduct analysis using a range of techniques, drawing conclusions based on well supported evidence and subsequently advising other experts
- Produce concise and persuasive written outputs and verbally convey, using presentations and meetings, potentially complex findings in an accessible manner
- Knowledge of, and experience working in, the financial services sector
