This is a major global top tier Investment Bank that is growing considerably across Europe, making it a very exciting and interesting time to join. The COO office is expanding it's team for a new project they are working on.
This role will be supporting the Corporate Governance Programme in improving the processes for Management Information for governance forum within the Bank.
- Lead on the work stream for the Corporate Governance programme
- Make sure MI is in line with the Corporate Governance strategy for the bank and meets the regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Work on the design and implementation of reporting and metrics and make sure they are standardised across the bank.
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders to make sure the governance forums are consistent within the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in working in a governance function where they have improved best practise for a firm for their MI reporting. They also with have an understanding of regulatory requirements ideally within a financial services firm.
