Job Description
A tech firm with global operations are looking for an exceptional Global Payroll Manager to build out and co-ordinate payroll across multiple jurisdictions, implementing best practice and efficient processes from scratch. It is imperative that this person has international experience and has co-ordinated payroll in a global role, specifically including the US.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating across the globe, leading on monthly payroll
- Business partnering with HR and the Accounting team
- Implementation and build out of Employee benefit plans across the firm
- Implementation of new Payroll system
- Supporting the wider Accounting team as required
- Holding the relationship with external providers
- System improvements and continuous optimization
Experience:
- 7-10 years of payroll experience in an international organisation in a global role
- Expert in US HR Processes (Pre-requisite)
- Advanced knowledge of ADP, Workday or similar payroll system
- Past experience in implementing payroll / HR systems
- Fluent in English
- Degree educated
