Global Head of Service Management - Financial Services - London

Details: up to £1100 per day, 6 months

The Company:

A global Financial Services firm is looking for a Global Head of Service Management to head up a new function within their infrastructure Shared Services in London. You will be responsible for helping build out a new ITSM function to introduce the SLAs, KPIs and to build an incident and problem management structure which globally spread teams will follow.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Building and creating a new ITSM framework for Shared Services across the group
  • Maintain functionality across Infrastructure and Application Support
  • Initiate and drive the controls and governance across IT Service Delivery

Key Skills:

  • ITSM Qualified to Expert Level
  • Prior demonstrable experience of building ITSM frameworks as well as new Incident and Problem management protocols
  • A background in either Financial Services or Telecommunications
  • Former experience as a Head of Service Management within Shared Services is preferable
