Global Head of Design - Digital - London and Reading
This position is for a Global Head of Design (UX, UI, Product) at a large, global digital consultancy agency. The agency focuses on delivering innovative digital strategies, open technology expertise and wide range of user experience experience capabilities. You'll be working for an agency that offers a strong mix of creative, UX, technology and media across numerous offices and sectors including some of the world's biggest brands.
This position is ideal for someone with a passion and extensive experience of digital and the consumers of digital experiences with the desire to inspire and build out a large, global team.
- Creating incredible customer experiences maintain hands-on responsibilities
- Building out the design team across the global locations
- Pitching and presenting digital strategies, UX designs and concepts to new and prospecting clients
- Managing and optimising the internal workflow within the team
- Extensive experience of UX Design, UI Design, UX Research and/or Service Design
- Previous design management/leadership experience
- Proven track record of delivering innovative, insight driven, multi-channel design solutions
- Background experience within a digital agency/design agency/consultancy environment
- Experience pitching/presenting to clients and therefore fantastic communication skills
- Maintained hands-on responsibilities in most recent position
