The organisation are currently looking to prepare for the GDPR implementation for 2018. This role supports the overall HR GDPR implementation programme support activities necessary for Privacy Compliance.
The role supports senior management in delivering the HR Strategy and providing advice to both internal and external stakeholders becoming an influential part of the overall implementation.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Provide advice to a wide range of business areas on all of the legal requirements of the relevant Data Protection Acts
- Develop and design privacy tools
- Communicate regulatory/legal change in a clear and logical manner
- Strong Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and engage
