Job Description

Full Stack Developer Angular Django

  • Formal qualifications:
    • BSc + 3 years relevant experience / MSc + 1 years relevant experience.
    • Field of qualification: Engineering or Computer Science.
    • (Preferred) Analytics experience
    • (Preferred) Mining, processing or geoscience experience
    • (Preferred) Experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience:
    • Experience in marketing / commercial analysis within a large organisation
    • Fluent understanding of commodity markets
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Effectively influence and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
  • Role-specific knowledge:
    • Relational database experience (SQL)
    • Coding (working knowledge of Python and R)
    • Exploratory data analysis
    • Unit testing
    • Other essential: ASP.Net, Angular 2/+, MVC 5+, Bootstrap
    • (Strongly preferred) Domain knowledge of commodities covering trading, operations, risk management and financial accounting
    • (Strongly preferred) Working knowledge of common machine learning algorithms
    • (Preferred) Hadoop / Spark experience
    • (Preferred) Tableau experience
    • (Preferred) SAP experience
    • (Preferred) Image processing experience
    • (Preferred) Microservices, .Net Core, Azure, Power BI, BDD

Fundamentally looking for a full stack MS, Angular, MVC, SQL Server. Microservices and Azure would be ideal, but not essential.
