A Global Financial Organisation who offer financial services to a range of clients across wealth management and investment banking. They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their Equities Cash Application Support team.
This role is responsible for providing daily support to applications used by front, middle and back office in the Equity Cash department. A global team who are responsible for providing L2 support of the application suite.
- Daily support of front to back office applications
- Participation in incident and problem management in the production environment
- Work effectively with business and IT stakeholders
- Participate in disaster recovery tests and infrastructure change requirements
- Strong skills in Linux/Unix and SQL
- Strong knowledge and experience with FIX protocol
- Knowledge of ITIL service management framework
