Digital Business Analyst
This role sits within the digital team of a global insurer. Working across multiple work streams including with innovation, Web, Mobile, CRM and API teams. You will be responsible for the on going definition of viable business initiatives and requirements (Epics/user stories/acceptance criteria) and non functional requirements. We work in cross-functional Agile teams so you'll be working collaboratively with Solution Designers, User Experience Architects, Creative Designers, Developers and Testers.
The four key elements we are looking for are;
1. Agile - experience with Kanban or Scrum (TDD/BDD would also be an advantage)
2. Core BA skills - Communication, problem solving, critical thinking etc,
3. Enthusiasm - Be truly passionate about what you do and easily able to engage stakeholders
4. Digital - plenty of experience working on web and mobile products.
