A Financial Organisation is looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer to join their company.
This aim of this role is to provide 1st and 2nd line support to prevent and resolve issues that may impact the organisations services.
- 1st and 2nd level support
- Prompt responses to any issues that arise
- Updating helpdesk tickets
- Creation and maintenance of service accounts
- Escalation of problems to management
- Knowledge of Citrix Xen app and RSA
- Knowledge of networking, and Cisco call manager systems
- Experience with Market Data Systems (Reuters, Bloomberg or Proquote)
- Educated in an IT discipline
- Knowledge of virtual environments
- Certified with MCSE/MCSA (or working towards this)
