A commodities trading firm is looking for a 1st Line Desktop Support Analyst to join their offices in Central London.
This is an ideal opportunity to work for a globally recognized energy company on a 12 month contract basis, where you will be supporting around 150 users within the organization, including around 20 traders.
- Previous experience in Desktop Support environments within trading or financial environment
- Legally authorized right to work in the UK on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions
- Knowledge of Support Call Ticket Management Systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Excellent Technical skills in Windows 7, MS Office Suite 2010 and Citrix
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop related issues
- Ability to plan and organise and be flexible to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be aware of Customer needs/focus and have good Customer Service Skills
