Database Analyst required for leading financial services pillar within their customer analytics and marketing division. The role sits within a team responsible for protecting and developing data process and analytics to enable insight and value to be drawn towards the business as well as improving upon customer experience and insight.
The team works closely with a number of departments and would in turn allow a more junior candidate to grow technically and learn alongside more senior members of the team.
Some of the key aspects of the role include:
- Maintaining and developing new aspects to the customer database.
- Automation of processes.
- Development of new Data and Database product.
- Providing support as the go-to experts as a team to other member of the department.
- Consult with the business to act as a bridge between marketing and technical specialists.
Technical Skills Required:
- SAS, SQL, Teradata
The successful Database Analyst will have a strong experience within Marketing or customer analytics along with the ability to succinctly express their work to non-technical members of the team.
