Our client is a global leader in business travel and meetings management committed to growth and intellectual stimulation. They are looking to build out their Data Insights team by on-boarding a Marketing Analyst, in which you will play an active part in both defining and delivering future data, analytics, and insight needs within the company.
The primary responsibilities include leading customer and prospect analytics, specifically working with the client's marketing stakeholders to understand complex business needs and data requirements. Effective reporting, visualization, and actionable insight derived from such analytics are also an integral part of this position, which will have a direct impact on driving more effective marketing. The Marketing Analyst will interact with developers and users across the company, and will provide suggestions to enhance current reporting capability to meet future business needs.
The strongest candidate will bring a thorough understanding of marketing, business analytics, and business intelligence tools. A Bachelor degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience is required; the most successful candidate will have concentrated in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration. Experience as a Database Developer, SQL Developer, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Architect is highly reputable; similarly, experience with BI tools and an aptitude to solve complex problems by analyzing variables is highly regarded.
