The Role

This role as Customer Service Officer will involve working closely with customers to provide exceptional customer service and support with any enquiries, problems and ensure they feel well supported. The role is broad and will also offer the opportunity to work with the marketing team on social media, adverts, newsletters and managing social media channels.


  • Answer and handle customer questions via chat, mail, phone and social media
  • Provide support to ensure the optimal distribution of products
  • Work closely with the marketing team regarding social media and marketing materials
  • Help grow and expand the business in Germany including the team

Your Background

  • Previous experience working in Customer Support, Customer Service or Customer Success is essential
  • Passion for providing the highest levels of customer service and enjoy talking to customers
  • Strong communicator and love to solve problems and find solutions for customers
  • Previous experiences gained working in a start-up environment and a hands-on role is important
  • Any additional skills in marketing, social media, communications, or other business related roles are highly desirable
  • Fluency in German & English (written & spoken) is essential. Additional language skills are highly beneficial
