Looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join a renowned Investment Management Company. This position sits within the Marketing team and focuses in Engagement and Membership. The purpose of this role is to improve customer engagement and retention in the entire Consumer Division using various channels.
- Strategy management and Delivery
- Liaising with internal and external teams accordingly
- Managing all post-sale material
- Managing the risk management system
- Work with different departments to coordinate activities
- Stakeholder management
- Experience in CRM and Marketing
- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements
- Able to solve problems, work independently and deliver projects on time/budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Asset/Investment Management
