The Compliance and Operations assistant plays a pivotal role centrally across a broad range of functions, touching all corners of Twenty Group globally in its scope.
You will be a key person in supporting the success of sales teams both today and as they rapidly expand internationally; especially in contractor markets.
You will also play a critical role in supporting the Compliance & Operations Manager in their role, as they instil governance and control around all operational activity to ensure best in class service is achieved and that customer delivery is underpinned with the correct rigour/process.
The role will cover various areas within compliance and operations, mainly focusing on contractor compliance for London and Europe, contractor workforce management, audit, contract review and working on new business tenders
