Job Description

THE FINTECH

An FCA Regulated Mobile Bank and FinTech business are looking for two Compliance Analysts to join a new and exciting team. This person should have excellent communication skills and the desire to positively impact an emerging FinTech. There are two headcount for this role and the company are looking for candidates with 1-4 years' experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual will be responsible for the following on a day to day basis:

  • Carry out and maintain controls operated by compliance, including personal account dealing and gifts controls
  • Build expertise in compliance policy areas and conduct policy reviews
  • Conduct basic AML and sanctions checks and answer questions from the AML team
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and with other compliance staff in London and other offices
  • Support with risk assessments
  • Assisting with fieldwork for compliance assurance reviews

YOU

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Previous experience (1-4 years) working within a compliance role within Financial Services
  • Previous monitoring, policy and PA dealing experience would be a plus
