Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • First line of support for issue resolution
  • Manage customer and potential customers' issues raised in our Support ticketing system
  • Collaborate with Product team to ensure customer issues requiring development are appropriately prioritized
  • Build FAQs and internal knowledge base from common issue resolutions
  • Notify customers of development resolution as they become available
  • Help to further define Customer Support issue management process
  • Ensure SLAs are adhered to


Required skills:

  • Application support experience working in fast moving environments, ideally in finance
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to discuss and diagnose software issues
  • Experience in interfacing with customers to manage delivery and client expectations
  • Project management skills to manage issues from first receipt to completion
  • Demonstrates individual initiative and ability to move projects to completion
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills


Desirable Skills:

  • Hands on coding experience
  • Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Prior experience with Chromium and/or development of application containers
