A Global Brokerage Firm are looking to hire an Application Support analyst to join their client support team.
This role works within the Client Support Team and will be responsible for providing platform support for all customers within their Front Office space. The role will be part of the global support group that remain available around the clock.
- Client Support
- Resolve all troubleshooting issues
- Responsible for the upgrading of projects
- Be aware of any risk issues that are a result of inappropriate practices across the company
- Experience supporting Front Office electronic trading systems
- Good knowledge of FX and other financial markets
- Strong Unix and SQL skills
- Understanding of FIX protocol
